The story of a man who goes to a trip with his family and encounters life-changing event and falls into a mysterious trap.

Kang Woo Hyun is a respected anchor at a broadcasting station. He has a lovely family and he is asked to enter the political field. His life seems perfect. One day, he goes on a trip with his family and a tragic situation occurs. Meanwhile, Go Dong Kook is a veteran detective. He takes Kang Woo Hyun’s case and investigates.

Trap Season 1 2019 (Hindi Dubbed) Korean Series Review:

I am a big fan of psychological thrillers and out of everything I’ve watched so far, I think ”Trap” did the best job when it comes to mixing these two favourite genres of mine. We have a very complex character(s) and extremely shocking and quite unpredictable storyline. I must say that I had a feeling about the plot twist since the first episode, but honestly, the whole truth was so freaking drepressing. The drama explores the darkest side of humankind to the point that it actually became a torture to watch. It just felt so uncomfortable to watch a person having no single feeling with such twisted mind… It was just horrible. I can’t describe the feeling, it was just dark.

Now, I won’t talk about the main lead at all, but I’ll mention how AMAZING job Lee Seo Jin did at portraying him! I’ve seen him in variaty shows and he has such a cool personality and watching him acting was completely new to me, but he is such a great actor! I’m totally impressed with him. Of course, Sung Dong Il was good, too (he has been playing this type of character since forever lol).

As I see and completely understand, the ending disappointed a lot of people, incuding myself. I think they could have given a better closure to the story, the final episode felt too rushed and some things were left unexplained. I guess there’s a possibility of a second season? I’m not sure about that though.

Overall, I recommend ”Trap” to everyone who likes thrillers, especially psychological thrillers. I believe ”Trap” is an amazing show that just deserved a better ending. But yeah, it will be very hard for me to forget what happened in the drama, it left such a bittersweet taste in my mouth and I feel like the name Kang Woo Hyun will haunt me forever lol.

What was with that sappy and crappy ending? Lol seriously it was all over the place. Not all shows have to end this predictable! Anyway, ok it started out great I was completely engrossed. Most of the plot twists were good, but it kind of became a bit lack luster after the biggest twist after that it was all just pretty ok. The thing is the show’s villains they alluded to hunting people and even cannibalism and rape at one point it should have remained dark. Like who went ok so we were talking about people hunters and chopped up body parts way too long so how about let’s get totally cheesy now ^_^ I feel cheated. Anyway, for me it didn’t quite have the impact of children of Nobody, Save Me, Circle, etc. But it was entertaining and had some great ideas and all .
